Fleet of Vehicles
We have our own fleet of 15 cars, 25 vans and 6 coaches. We replace our vans from time to time and constantly inspect the vehicles to ensure the vehicles are in their best condition for the comfort and safety of our clients.

Guides
Our guides, being the front liner’s of the company, are well trained to handle our clients, majority of them coming from Europe and Northern African Countries. They have been trained to be courteous, punctual, sociable and knowledgeable in order to serve our clients better. Our guides are well versed in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Arabic speaking guides can also be made available and so are other languages guides when requested.

Quality Control
In order to ensure that our guides are always at their best in their work, Vacation Borneo has a policy of conducting spot checks at any time or any where the guides work would take them to. Our guides are continuously assessed by our operation manager to ensure that they provide professional service and keep up with developments of the tourism industry. Surprise checks are made on our vehicles on their cleanliness and punctuality. Vacation Borneo clients are given a questionnaire at the end of tours to facilitate feedback. It is compulsory for guides to return questionnaire in order to process their fees.

Meet and Greet Services
Upon arrival at the airport, our clients would be welcomed by our guides who would be in our professional attire. The clients would be briefed of their program in Malaysia and a welcome kit contains hotel vouchers, brochures & itinerary would be given to the clients during the welcome session. In Kuala Lumpur, we have airport representatives to meet your clients immediately upon arrival and they will be brought to the vehicle at the waiting bay.

24-Hour Assistance
We offer to our clients an office which open 365 days a year and after office hours, the clients have a 24-hour access number to call.

Customer Service
In case of any emergencies or accidents, Vacation Borneo has set a procedure which requires contacting the client immediately, visiting him if possible and trying our best to make whatever amends to secure his satisfaction. This is handled by our Customer Service Division whose duty is also to contact clients and ensure that they are happy. We are well aware of the European Travel Directive and will take any necessary action for the benefit of our partner overseas.
