The main role of the marketing department is to provide our overseas partners the best competitive rates, unique tours, updates on special promotions, hotel reservations and any special events in Malaysia.

Hotel / Tour Reservation
We are fully computerized and able to handle reservations where replies to your request are answered within 24 hours. In case that a service cannot be confirmed, you will be informed of the reason and the steps taken within 48 hours.

We pride ourselves in being a company known for creativity. The research and development process is always ongoing.

Training
Our staffs are not only confined to the office but we always design familiarization tours for them to participate so that they could be constantly updated with new developments of the country such as development of new hotels & resorts / special & unusual tours. Trainings on our products, on our reservation system and even on our accounting system are conducted regularly to the staff to ensure that they keep abreast of the developments of the company.
